- SynopsisAnimation. By attacking only when the British are taking a refreshment break, Caesar has conquered all of Britain except one small village where Asterix's cousin lives. An SOS is sent to Gaul, and Asterix and Obelix set out for England with a barrel of magic potion. On the way, Asterix is given some herbs by a merchant as thanks for his help. In England, the barrel is shattered and the potion lost, so Asterix uses the herbs to trick the British into believing they have drunk the magic potion, and the village survives. In fact they have drunk tea. (Synopsis)
