Synopsis: August Pullman, known as ‘Auggie’, is a 10 year-old boy who was born with Treacher Collins Syndrome, a facial deformity that has prevented him from going to a mainstream school. When he starts attending the local elementary school after years of home schooling, Auggie struggles to fit in to his new environment but with the help of his teachers and his parents Isabel and Nate, Auggie overcomes his fears and soon builds up a large friendship group.
