Synopsis: Queen Victoria's uncle, King Leopold of Belgium, proposes his son, Prince Albert, as her husband but she refuses to entertain the idea. Others attempt to woo her as well. She declares her love for Lord Melbourne but is turned down. Mr Francatelli continues to pursue Skerrett. Queen Victoria commutes the sentences of the chartists sentenced to death.
