Synopsis: Animation. An accident in a laboratory causes a flea to mutate into seven foot tall humanoid creature that terrorises Paris. It is taken in by nightclub singer Lucille who discovers that the flea can sing and books him a spot in the club. But ambitious policeman Inspector Maynott is on the creature's trail, determined to boost his reputation by killing it.
