Synopsis: Should people with low IQs be prevented from having children? Dr Paul Richards believes that governments must act to compulsority sterilise the mentally deficient. He followed his own conscience in performing an abortion on one of his patients, Sarah Abbs. The jury must decide whether or not Dr Richards was justified in his actions.
