- SynopsisMain title. Pan of the scene outside New Palace Yard, Houses of Parliament, as the camera follows a `sandwich' woman (with advertising postes) walking in the gutter; a taxi passes the camera and there is a glimpse of a four-wheeled, horse-drawn, closed carriage; Herbert Asquith (Prime Minister) alights from the taxi with an unidentified colleague. Asquith pays the driver and passes behind the camera. A further shot shows David Lloyd George, Sir Rufus Isaacs and Charles Masterman standing on the verandah of, presumably, Lloyd George's house (33ft). (Shotlist)
