Synopsis: Action sequel set in 2013. Part of Los Angeles has broken off from the mainland after an earthquake and is now used to keep 'undesirable' people away from the public who themselves are controlled by an extreme right-wing US president. The President's daughter rebels against him and plans to lead an uprising. Former war hero Snake Plissken is called in by the government to eliminate her.
