Synopsis: Romantic comedy. Charlie Lang, a New York cop, has coffee at a café where Yvonne Biasi works. He can't afford to tip her but promises to give her half his winnings if he is lucky with his lottery ticket. The ticket comes up and both become instant millionaires although both are still stuck with unpleasant spouses.
