Synopsis: Based on a true story of a "wild child" found in forests in the late 18th century, relates the efforts of a behavioural scientist, Jean Itard, to "civilise" the child. The scientist's journals are used in voice-over.Synopsis: Describes the work accomplished by a French doctor, at the beginning of last century, who rehabilitated a "wolf-boy", abandoned by his parents in the forest of Auvergne at the time of the Revolution. Music: Concerto for Mandolin & flute by Vivaldi.
