- SynopsisIn front of a windmill, a miller with a bag of flour accidentally bumps into a sweep carrying a bag of soot. The result is a fight in which the miller becomes covered with soot and the sweep with flour; both are chased by a crowd of on-lookers. (Synopsis)
- Work historyThis is the second version of the same film made by George Albert Smith in 1897. A third film, with the same title but a different plot, was made in 1898 by R.W. Paul.
