- SynopsisAction. James Bond's nineteenth assignment sees him firstly having to collect at great danger to himself a vast amount of cash recovered from a dead MI6 agent. The money belonged to an industrialist whose daughter Elektra is set to inherit his vast fortune. Elektra was once kidnapped by a terrorist, the rescue attempt being mishandled by Bond's boss, M. Although Elektra managed to escape at the time, her captor Renard has turned up again. Unfortunately for Bond, this time around Renard is fearless - mainly because, since there is a bullet lodged in his brain which has severed certain nerves, he feels no pain. (Synopsis) James Bond action story in which Agent 007 tries to protect the daughter of an assassinated oil magnate from a notorious international terrorist. Accompanied by a nuclear weapons expert, he travels to the Caspian Sea and Istanbul where he faces a dramatic confrontation in the confines of a nuclear submarine. (Synopsis)
