- SynopsisThriller about the relationship between a Polish seaman and a little girl, who accidentally saw him committing a murder. A Polish sailor ashore in England kills his lover in a blazing row. A little girl, watching through the letterbox, witnesses the crime, and the sailor tries to befriend and abduct her in an attempt to flee the country on another ship before he is caught. The policeman investigating the murder tries to stop the sailor before he leaves British jurisdiction, but he is hampered by the lies of the girl, who thinks the sailor is her friend and that she can run away to sea with him.
