- SynopsisDr Munro working on a formula for man's conquest of space, is killed by an electric impulse and his work destroyed. Dr Mark Davidson takes over, re-discovers the formula and hands it to the Head of Security. He too is killed and the formula destroyed. Mark and Professor Lancaster, head of the space research unit, fear that they are threatened by supernatural forces and suspect Julie, Mark's wife, of being implicated. Julie confesses to Mark that she has been sent to kill him and suddenly vanishes, leaving only her clothing. Mark and Lancaster realise that Miss Ballard, Dr Munro's secretary, has the same characteristics as Julie and intends to kill Mark. In a struggle she falls out of a window and vanishes. Only her clothes remain. (Synopsis)
