- SynopsisProduction footage for the OMNIBUS programme on Quentin Tarantino (tx. 25.10.94) of an interview with actor Samuel L. Jackson. Jackson talks about how he was cast in PULP FICTION, what he particularly liked about the script, his working relationship with John Travolta on that film, and how he approached playing the role. He comments on the criticism levelled at Tarantino for creating characters based on other films rather than real life. Jackson gives his views on the use of violence in Tarantino's films and the use, or over-use, of expletives in his scripts, particularly in a racist way, primarly with the word "nigger". Jackson defends the use of this word. He concludes with describing what Tarantino is like to work with as a director. (NFA Catalogue)
