Release delay note: The film was originally to be released in April 2020 but the date was changed twice because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the film was eventually released in September 2021. Filming note: Onscreen wording: 'Filmed at Pinewood Studios, London, England and on location in Norway, Jamaica, England, Scotland, Italy, Faroe Islands'. Also: 'The producers gratefully acknowledge the cooperation of the citizens of London, Aviemore, Matera, Sapri, San Nicola Arcella, Maratea, Port Antonio, Kingston, Oslo and Nittedal Municipality'.
