- SynopsisHorror action thriller. An elaborately protected ancient sarcophagus is found in the desert of Iraq by tomb-raiding Sergeant Nick Morton and his assistant Corporal Chris Vail. Along with archaeologist Jenny Halsey, a British Officer of Cultural Heritage, Morton retrieves the sarcophagus and the US military flies it to London but their intrusion into its resting place has set off a train of ferocious supernatural events, beginning in mid-air as the plane makes its way to England. For its contents are nothing less than the vengeful Princess Ahmanet, who long ago killed her father and his son (her rival to the throne), for which crime she was buried alive. Now determined not to rest in peace, Ahmanet sets about fulfilling her plan for power, in which Nick is called to play an unexpected role. Also aware of the princess's potential for destruction is Doctor Henry Jeckyll, organiser of a secretive, London-based society called Prodigium, who root out evil in order to destroy it. (Synopsis)
