- SynopsisDocumentary looking into the sinking of the Struma in 1942. The Struma was filled with nearly 800 Jewish refugees trying to get to Palestine. After 71 days in Istanbul harbour, where it went to repair engine trouble, the unrepaired boat was towed out into the Black Sea and left to drift. The boat was subsequently torpedoed and everyone on board was killed, apart from one survivor, David Stoliar. He talks about the events and also diver Greg Buxton, whose grandparents went down with the ship and who is now trying to locate the wreck. (Synopsis)
