- SynopsisYoung Vince Smith is finding teenage life pretty hard in 1970s Yorkshire. Although he is besotted with young Joanna, who works at the same law practice, he cannot summon up the courage to ask her out. Instead he practises his John Travolta moves at home. Events take a dramatic turn when Vince's father demonstrates kinetic powers at a Christmas party, as a result of which he unwittingly stops the pacemakers of several pensioners and is duly arrested. In the midst of this, when Vince sees a young girl dressed as a punk while out one night, he changes his style to that of the Sex Pistols, becoming thoroughly confused in the process. (Synopsis)
