- SynopsisComedy set in Salford in 1971. George Khan, a proud Pakistani chip shop owner, lives with his English wife and their seven children in a terraced house. After his eldest son walks out of an arranged marriage, George becomes much stricter with his children. He attempts to arrange a wedding for two more sons, but their rebellion against these religious traditions cause conflict to arise in the family. (Synopsis)
