- SynopsisDRAMA. WESTERN. The lives of two men are contrasted; one is a social pariah the other a popular man. Main title (9). Bud Halworth, the social pariah of the town, is ignored and insulted by various townspeople. He is stopped from entering his mother's shack by the doctor and walks off to town to be insulted outside the saloon. Meanwhile Eddie Brown is seen cleaning his gun as his mother strokes his hair. He walks off to town and is greeted by the same people who ignored or insulted Bud. Outside the saloon the townspeople make Eddie the sheriff. Soon news reaches town of a shooting by `The Terror'. Eddie goes off in search of The Terror after bidding his mother farewell. However he is shot by The Terror. The townspeople hear the shot and run to the hills in search of Eddie. They discover his body and carry it back to town. Eddie's mother is inconsolable. Meanwhile Bud's mother has died and the doctor informs Bud. Bud visits his mother's shack, while Eddie's mother is seen standing over her son's grave (1028ft). Incomplete. Originally 1975ft. (Shotlist)
