Synopsis: Horror. Dr Phibes is brought back to life and ressurects his companion Vulnavia to help him restore life to his wife Victoria. Dr Phibes has heard of a river in Egypt whose waters comprise the elixir of life. However an antiquarian Biederbeck has also discovered this secret and the two of them race to Egypt followed by the police who are chasing Dr Phibes for his murder of Biederbeck's assistant. Eventually Dr Phibes sets out down the river with Victoria's coffin.
