Synopsis: Documentary examining the accusing theories that some police officers commit serious offences against the public and escape justice. Examines the case of two teenage girls who while drinking in a pub were bundled into a lavatory and strip searched by a Woman Police Officer. Although they complained and settled out of court, no action was taken against the officers concerned. It is being claimed that the public have lost confidence in the police and especially in the complaints procedure. Includes contributions from; Nicola Todd(Witness), Raju Bhatt(Roy Hanney's solicitor), Helen and Madeleine(wrongly Arrested), Chris Mullin MP, Alec Marnoch(Brixton Police Commander, 1982-85), Jeff Crawford(PCA member 1987-93) and Jane Deighton(Daniel Goswell's solicitor).
