Synopsis: Shortly before a General Election teenagers are given the vote. Incensed by a decision to cut down on television pop music, Mark and Cherry get up a petition for both parties to sign. This is ignored and so the Teenage Party is formed. As a climax to their campaign they organise a spectacular pop music programme on television. Too late the Right and Left parties realise what has happened and try unsuccessfully to sabotage the show. The Teenage Party wins the Election with the promise of fun but with dire consequences.
