- SynopsisDrama about coroner Rachel Mortimer, set in contemporary Wales. Rachel becomes involved in a case that has split a community. Wendy Frampton has been missing for years and her mother is adamant that she has been murdered by her husband Peter Frampton. He is now in another relationship, with Carol Richards, who was a policewoman plant in a former attempt to entrap him into confessing, but who fell in love with him and was certain of his innocence. Humphries meanwhile receives a phone call which puts him on the scent of a new lead in the case. (Synopsis)
