- SynopsisThis edition follows Greenpeace as the test the discharges into the North Sea and various rivers by a number of well-known companies, testing for a number of `listed' chemicals that are so hazardous that under no circumstances should they be discharged. The companies guilty of discharging listed chemicals include: BASF, Hoecht, ICI and the Dow Curning plant on Barry Island. Those taking part include: Dr Robin Clayton, Tim Birch and Alan Greig (all of Greenpeace), Dr Tamar Posner (Chemical industries Association), Dr jose Hoppener (biologist), Monika Griefahn (Enviroment Minister, Lower Saxony) and Chris Hampson (ICI).
