Synopsis: Crime drama. Washington Globe reporter Cal McAffrey sets out with fellow journlaist Della Frye to investigate the seemingly unrelated deaths of a man shot on the street and a woman who died under a subway train. It transpires that the woman, Sonia Baker, was having an affair with congressman Stephen Collins, but Cal and Della soon discover that the story goes much deeper.
