Synopsis: A five-part unit from the series which supports topic work. The programmes consider a variety of sights, sounds, smells, tastes and feelings brought to children through the senses. A mixture of characters, images and puzzles is used to demonstrate the important role each of the senses plays in our knowledge and understanding of the world. The `Sensations' of the title are animated characters who offer a humorous commentary on the live action of the programmes. The programme titles and themes are: Seeing; Hearing; Smelling; Tasting; Touching.
