Synopsis: TV production of the play by John Galsworthy set in a gathering at a country house party in Suffolk, where great consternation occurs when one of the guests accuses another of theft. The fact that the accuser is Jewish brings out prejudice, but the disquieting facts that his accusation may well be true begins to become apparent.
