Synopsis: In the year 2017 in middle America's second civil war, Steel Harbor is the only city not under the control of federal troops or resistance fighters. This no-man's land is home to a club owned by Barb Wire, who also moonlights as a bounty hunter. In capturing a fugitive she comes in possession of valuable contact lenses that enable the wearer to escape the government's ubiquitous retinal scanners. Should she sell them to the highest bidder or hand them over to the rebel cause?
