Shotlist: "DOCUMENTARY". A travelogue of London, its atmosphere and traditions. "Rl.1" We see various modern customs, sights and ceremonies: London Bridge, views of the Thames, the Tower of London, Traitors' Gate, speakers on Tower Hill, London policemen marching along in procession, the river police on the Thames. A picket of guards, protect the Bank of England. Chelsea pensioners parade on Oak Apple Day. We see the interior of the Royal Naval College on the banks of the Thames. The trooping of the Colour ceremony is seen, and the ceremony of the most noble Order of the Garter at St. George's Chapel, Windsor. We see the statue of Henry VI standing in the quadrangle at Eton, and some Estonians rowing. There are shots of the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race, and some final views of the Thames accompanied in the commentary, by Kipling's "The River Tale".
