Synopsis: Horror film. The daughter of a film star becomes possessed and when medicine and psychiatry have been proved useless, the mother tries to get the girl exorcised. The priest she approaches is trained in psychiatry and is losing his faith, and he is initially sceptical about the 'possession'. What he sees convinces him that an exorcism is required, though, and experienced exorcist Father Merrin is called in.
