Synopsis: ANIMATION. Puppet. Two dolls are skating gracefully on a pond, watched with envy by a cheap doll named Mugsy, whose own efforts appear clumsy by contrast. He thrusts one of them down a hole in the ice; the expensive dolll returns to the surface and Mugsy is forced to dive in the hole to escape his vengeance. However, he cunningly bores a hole in the ground at the bottom of the lake so that all the water is drained away and his late antagonists comecrashing through the ice to join him at the bottom of the pond.
