Synopsis: Concerns efforts of doctor and his wife who try to stop a born killer from committing homicide. A divorcing couple, who are both doctors, work closely with an electroencephalograph - a machine that measures brain waves. An aggresive patient, Frank Smith, is tested on the machine and shown to have strong homicidal tendencies. He discharges himself from hospital, but kidnaps Dr. Phillipa Roberts when she discovers his involvement in an illegal pharmaceuticals racket.
