Synopsis: Horror comedy about revenge and justice in a crime-ridden urban neighborhood. Tommy, a youngster who works in his father's grocery store, and his two friends are constantly harrassed by a group of punks, lead by female crime boss Big Moe. In one of their fights they lose their lives, a local vendor takes action and draws upon his speciality, which is shrinking severed heads and re-animating them into flying demons.
