- SynopsisPlay devised by Mike Leigh, about a married couple on a camping holiday, who find that tolerance is essential when living in proximity to others. Married couple Keith and Candice-Marie go on a camping holiday together. Keith likes to arrange and organise everything about their holiday, and the two are keen believers in health foods, exercise and the envrionment. They are perturbed when Ray from Wales pitches his tent next to them, even more so when he starts playing a radio. Antagonisms arise at first, but Ray soon finds himself caught in an uncomfortable position as they try to encourage him to join in their own activities and Candice-Marie obviously takes a shine to him, much to Keith's jealous annoyance.
