Following the assassination of a congressman by a security official and his cohorts in a public park, it is revealed that a photographer has actually filmed the incident and thus possesses the potentially incriminating evidence against the protagonists. Dean then finds himself embroiled in the cover-up that ensues, endangering his own life and the lives of those around him.
