- Scripts / DocumentsAbu series - [The Abu series consisted of four short, animated, anti-Nazi propaganda films sponsored by the Ministry of Information to be shown to Middle Eastern audiences, 1943 - 1944. They were never released in Britain. Directed, produced and animated by John Halas and Joy Batchelor, all films had screenplays written by Alexander MacKendrick. The titles in the series were Abu's Dungeon; Abu's Harvest; Abu and the Poisoned Well; Abu Builds a Dam.
