- Work historyThe 1942 'Today's Cinema' and 'Kinematograph Weekly' references cite the reissue length of the film as being 6800 feet (75 mins), although both also state that the release date had not been fixed. The 1943 'Kine Year Book' cites the same length and the fact that the release date had not been fixed (p.40). However, the same volume, on p.77, also states that the registered length has been altered to 7180 feet (79 mins). The Archive holds the original mute picture and sound negatives (which themselves appear to have been cut in order to make the reissue prints) and these give a running time of 77 minutes.
